What data we process

This website has no accounts or online ordering and does not collect personal data about visitors. When you contact us by phone, WhatsApp, e-mail or the quote form, we process the information you choose to share:

  • Name, surname and company name
  • Phone number and e-mail address
  • Delivery city and address
  • The products, sizes and quantities you request

Purpose and legal basis

We process this data to prepare quotes, take and deliver your order, answer your questions and meet our legal obligations (invoices, delivery notes), on the legal bases of KVKK Art. 5/2-c (establishing and performing a contract), Art. 5/2-ç (legal obligation) and Art. 5/2-f (legitimate interest).

Transfers

Your data is shared only with courier / freight companies to deliver your order and with authorised public bodies where required by law. When you contact us by WhatsApp or e-mail, your messages pass through the infrastructure of those providers (e.g. WhatsApp / Meta), whose servers may be located outside Türkiye.

Cookies and third-party content

Our website sets no cookies of its own and does no visitor tracking or advertising analytics.

  • Videos (Vimeo): Videos are not loaded until you press play. The Vimeo player then opens with its “do not track” (dnt) setting.
  • Map (Google Maps): The map in the contact section is provided by Google, which may process technical data under its own privacy policy.

Your rights

Under KVKK Art. 11 you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information, ask for correction or deletion, know the third parties it was transferred to and object. Send your requests to info@alipackambalaj.com; we reply within 30 days at the latest.
